Associate Vice President

Lauren is an associate vice president on the public relations team at Rasky Partners, where she partners with clients to develop and execute strategic media relations campaigns at the intersection of policy, reputation, and public perception. She brings particular expertise in digital and social media strategy, graphic design, and crisis communications support – including social media analysis, opposition research, and rapid-response strategy.
Prior to joining Rasky Partners, Lauren spent several years in the Massachusetts Legislature, serving in communications and policy roles across both the House of Representatives and State Senate. Most recently, she served as Legislative and Communications Director to Senator Adam Gomez, where she led communications strategy, managed the committee portfolio and assignments, and advised on and drafted legislative and budgetary priorities. Earlier in her career, Lauren worked as a Research Analyst for the Joint Committee on Revenue under House Chairman Mark Cusack, as a Legislative Aide to Vice Chair Steve Kulik of the House Ways and Means Committee, and began her legislative career as an Administrative Aide to Representative Kay Khan.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in political science, with a concentration in gender studies and a minor in philosophy, from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.
