We take our responsibility to protect the privacy and confidentiality of your information, including personal information, very seriously. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with applicable legal standards to secure such information from unauthorized access and use, alteration and destruction. We hold our employees accountable for complying with relevant policies, procedures, rules and regulations concerning the privacy and confidentiality of information.

What Information Do We Collect?

Rasky Partners collects and stores any information that you provide us when you use our website.  For example, you may provide us with basic personal information when you complete the form in the “Contact Us” section of Rasky Partners’ website in order to submit inquiries to us or in order to receive updates from Rasky Partners.  You may also provide us with basic personal information when you complete any call to action forms on Rasky Partners’ website in order to download any of Rasky Partners’ content or if you send Rasky Partners your resume at jobs@rasky.com.  This basic personal information includes, but is not limited to:

How Does Rasky Partners Protect Personal Information?

Rasky Partners takes the security of your information very seriously.  Rasky Partners has internal policies and controls in place in an effort to ensure that your information is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by its employees in the performance of their duties for Rasky Partners.  Personal information may be stored in a variety of different storage locations, including in Rasky Partners’ servers and IT systems (including Rasky Partners’ email system).  Access to all of our clients’ information is restricted in our offices.

Where Rasky Partners engages third parties to process personal information on its behalf, your information is provided to the third parties pursuant to written contracts, which obligate them to implement appropriate technical measures to maintain the security of the information in an effort to ensure that your information is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed.

Will Rasky Partners Transfer My Personal Information Across Borders?

Rasky Partners may transfer certain personal information across geographical borders to other outside companies working with us or on our behalf.  Rasky Partners may also store personal information in a jurisdiction other than where you are based and such jurisdiction may not provide the same level of protection for your personal information as your home country.  Rasky Partners will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your personal data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information.  By providing your information to Rasky Partners, you are consenting to this transfer and/or storage of your information across borders.

At various times, Rasky Partners may host blogs, forums, crowd-sourcing and other applications or services (collectively, “Social Media Platforms”).  Any information you share on these Social Media Platforms may become public on the internet and we cannot prevent further use of this information.  You can control what data you share through privacy settings available on some Social Media Platforms.  Please refer to those third party sites’ privacy policies and terms of use to learn more about their privacy practices, which we do not control.

You can control how and when you want to receive notifications regarding marketing-related emails for services described on Rasky Partners’ website by sending a request to privacy@rasky.com or by opting-out within the notices.
