Vice President

Tina is a seasoned public affairs professional with deep roots in Massachusetts state government. As a Vice President at the firm, she works with a diverse portfolio of corporate and nonprofit clients, leveraging her experience on Beacon Hill to help them navigate complex legislative and regulatory environments, develop effective engagement strategies, and advance their policy and business development objectives at the state and local levels.

Prior to joining the firm’s public affairs practice, Tina most recently served as Legislative Director to former State Representative and Biden Administration FEMA Region I Regional Administrator, Lori Ehrlich. In that role, she led legislative strategy, policy development, and stakeholder engagement, helping shape and advance the Representative’s legislative agenda while supporting the work of the Joint Committee on Export Development and the Joint Committee on Municipalities and Regional Government, both of which Ehrlich chaired during her tenure.

Earlier in her career, Tina served in multiple roles for former State Representative Linda Dean Campbell, including Communications and Constituent Services Director and later as Legislative Director. She managed constituent casework and engagement, the office’s communications strategy, policy research, and legislative strategy while supporting Campbell’s work as Vice Chair of the Joint Committee on Revenue. Tina began her public service career as a Legislative Intern for State Representative Steven Ultrino.

Tina earned a bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from Emmanuel College. She is an elected member of Emmanuel College’s Alumni Association Board of Directors and currently serves as President of the Board and Chair of its Executive Committee. Previously, she chaired both the Social Justice Committee and the Program & Communications Committee.

In addition to her professional work, Tina is actively involved in several civic and professional organizations. She serves on the Advisory Committee of the New England Council’s Rising Stars Network and is a member of Cradles to Crayons’ Young Professionals Group, the Massachusetts Women’s Political Caucus, and New England Women in Energy and the Environment.
