Jeff is a principal for the public affairs practice where he devises and implements legislative and regulatory lobbying campaigns on the federal, state and local levels. He also develops grassroots strategies and builds and manages coalitions. Additionally, Jeff leads the firm’s Codes and Regulations consulting practice which aims to help organizations in various industries including public safety, health care and cannabis, navigate and influence the code and regulatory process.

Previously, Jeff served as political director for Robert Reich’s 2002 campaign for Governor and served as the legislative director at the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office. He was also legislative aide at the Legislature’s Committee on Taxation and issues director for Representative Jim Brett during his 1993 Boston Mayoral campaign. Most recently, Jeff served on the Transition Team for Mayor Marty Walsh.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree from Alfred University and a master’s degree in Business Administration from Boston College.  He serves on the Zoo New England Advisory Board and is a lecturer at Boston University.
