Graham is a partner and leads the firm’s federal government relations practice group while contributing his expertise and connections to the representation of an array of other clients of the firm.  Graham has extensive experience representing a diverse range of New England clients and has a strong track record of helping secure federal funding for non-profits.  With his long-standing and trusted relationships with Washington, DC policymakers, Graham guides clients through the corridors of power in Washington, ensuring that they can leave their mark on legislation and position themselves as important voices in their industry.

Prior to joining the firm, Graham worked for over a decade for the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy. During that time, Graham oversaw a wide range of issues and advised the Senator on matters important to Massachusetts.

Graham serves on the Boards of Directors of the New England Council, Saint Francis House and the Fishing Partnership. He is also on the CEO Council of Camp Harbor View and is a corporator at MountainOne Financial. Graham earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Boston College.
