We also engaged in intense negotiations with The Wall Street Journal’s reporter and editors to refute false information and help shape the reporting.
In anticipation of Justice Department announcements and news coverage, we also developed and implemented a comprehensive program for communicating directly with the company’s important audiences – employees, physicians, and other stakeholders – through the dedicated website and corporate communication channels.
