Attorney Michael Morris serves a senior advisor in the public affairs practice at Rasky Partners and, until 2018, served as the firm’s General Counsel. Previously, Michael was in private law practice, founding a law firm and business consultancy. Attorney Morris’ work focused in the areas of corporate and transactional law, and he also provided strategic communications, business development and government affairs services.
Michael is an active member of the Boston business community and has been involved in several philanthropic organizations. He has formerly served as Trustee of the Boston Architectural College and as a Director of Cradles to Crayons and the Fitzgerald Urban Youth Sports Institute.
He is also politically active. Michael has held volunteer positions on national Presidential campaigns for Congressman Dick Gephardt and Vice President Joseph Biden. He served as Deputy Finance Director to Congressman Mike Capuano’s 2010 U.S. Senate campaign. Michael also worked as an intern to the White House Office of Administration, Office of the General Counsel.
Michael earned a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and a law degree from Suffolk University Law School.
