Public Affairs Associate

Carly is skilled in strategy and communication. At Rasky Partners, she utilizes these skills, and her knowledge of the legislative landscape, to identify clients’ needs and develop paths to success. In her previous role, Carly served as a Legislative Aide for the House Chair of the Joint Committee on Higher Education, State Representative David Rogers. Her position was policy-focused, allowing her to work on and oversee a wide array of legislation. Prior to working for the Massachusetts House of Representatives, Carly interned for the American Dental Association’s Washington, D.C. office. She directly supported the tasks of the Congressional Affairs and Legislative & Regulatory Policy staffs.

Carly holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where she studied Journalism as a second major.
