Overview

For over a decade executives at our firm directed and managed litigation communications efforts for a group of manufacturing companies involved in a series of high-stakes, high-profile product liability lawsuits across the nation.

Our Work

Working with several companies, attorneys and spokespeople, we directed the messaging and media relations on both a real-time and long-term basis.  To support the litigation strategy, we developed and managed outreach efforts to third-parties and organizations with similar legal interests.  And, facing aggressive media tactics by plaintiffs’ lawyers, our experts managed a rapid response capability to combat misstatements and distortions.

Results

Beginning in the early stages of litigation, we successfully worked with local media, national reporters, editorial writers and leading columnists to shape a comprehensive and factual view of the issues, the suits and the public policy implications.
